Some businesses don’t need the ongoing support of a managed service although we highly recommend it even if its just on a basic level. This is where our On Demand / Break Fix Solutions comes to the rescue. We will investigate and resolve your computer problems as quickly as possible to get your business back to doing what you want it to do.

* Onsite Jobs are billed in 1/2 hour increments. Remote and Telephone Support is billed in 15 minute increments after the 1st half hour. Wherever possible, all jobs will be assessed and scheduled within 8 working hours of request and completed within 24 working hours. If possible, jobs can be completed via Remote and Telephone Support. Depending on the problem, we may elect to do initial diagnosis and possibly carry out the service via Remote Support and/or Telephone Support. All On Demand / Break Fix Solution jobs are invoiced and payable upon completion of the job. Payment via Credit Card or Internet / Bank Transfer preferred, other methods by available upon arrangement. A minimum service time may apply to call-outs subject to travel distance (from base or Brisbane CBD whichever is closer). We do not charge for actual travel time to and from your location. Remote and Telephone Support is not subject to these minimum service times. Within 30km of Base or Brisbane CBD = 1/2 Hour Minimum Within 60km of Base or Brisbane CBD = 1 Hour Minimum Within 100km of Base or Brisbane CBD = 1.5 Hour Minimum Within 150km of Base or Brisbane CBD = 2 Hour Minimum More than 150km from Base or Brisbane CBD = 3 Hour Minimum Higher priority jobs may incur a priority response surcharge. 2 Hour Response = 50% Surcharge 4 Hour Response = 25% Surcharge
