Freedom Internet Group can provide Virtual Private Server plans for clients wanting to host large and / or multiple websites with all the power and controls offered by full dedicated servers at a fraction of the cost. A Virtual Private Server (VPS) is an independant partition of a larger server where the server's resources have been divided up using software layer technology. This effectively allows each VPS to operate fully independant of any other VPS including the ability to run it's own operating system, be independantly rebooted, use dedicated resources without interference from other users / websites and is the ideal solution for clients requiring a more flexible platform without the need to invest in more expensive hardware solutions.
A VPS plan can be configured and made available within 1 business day in most cases and are priced according to Disk Space, Available Memory and Data Limits. All VPS plans come with the following:

Alert Reports will be sent via email at the start and end of unscheduled outages and every half hour for the duration of the unscheduled outage. Outages are not reported for scheduled events where notification of 24 hours or more has been given and for client initiated events such as server shut downs, restarts, configuration changes resulting in the server becoming unavailable to the general Internet. Monitoring checks are carried out on HTTP (Apache), Mail, SMTP and DNS services once per minute. Backup configuration incurs an additional cost for setting up - call for details.
