Who Are We?

Freedom Internet Group Pty Ltd is only relatively new as a company however it comprises of Priority Computer Repairs and the renaming of Freedom Internet & Computer Solutions both of which have been operating in the computer and internet industry for a number of years. Priority Computer Repairs was created back in 1998 by Steven Taylor, who is now one of the founding directors of Freedom Internet Group Pty Ltd.

Freedom Internet Group specialise in feature packed Web Hosting packages and low cost yet functional Web Designs aimed primarily at Small and Medium Sized Businesses. We provide clients with a personalised dedicated service that benefits not only them but their intended audience and ultimately ourselves.

Freedom Internet Group offer a range of products and services that cover a wide range of needs for anyone wanting a functioning and usable web site from design and development of the site, hosting on fast reliable servers, domain name provisioning, security certificates to providing a complete range of solutions for all IT requirements including new computers and laptops, servers, networking, peripherals, software, installation, maintenance support and more.

The Directors

Steven Taylor
Steven has been involved in the local IT industry since 1993 working for a number of computer companies at all levels from Wholesale to Retail to Small and Medium Business to Education and Government. In 1998, Steven started Priority Computer Repairs focusing on Laptop and Desktop repairs and then branching out to onsite servicing. This then lead to new computer and laptop sales and network development services. Maintaining a small client base and focusing on the needs of individual clients, was seen as a success and after 10 years is now at the core of Freedom Internet Group's customer service philosophy. Having obtained an Associate Diploma of Business (Computing) in 1994 (now called a Diploma of Information Technology but with a stronger emphasis on business management), Steven has gained not only technical skills but also strong sales and marketing skills. His programming skills stem from a hobby of writing text based computer adventure games in the late 80's.

Karen Taylor
Karen has recently completed a Bachelor of Information Technology with an emphasis on computer programming and database design. She has experience in both the IT field as well as a long history in administration positions. Karen also has completed "Train the Trainer" course to allow her to carry out one on one and small group training sessions in basic Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office for several clients and also has a strong interest in digital photography which she has used to assist clients with product and architectual photography.
