Unmanaged Colocation Services

Freedom Internet Group can provide unmanaged colocation for your dedicated servers within our own network located in a Brisbane CBD data centre. Colocation services are provided unmanaged so you can configure your server as you see fit. All visits to the datacentre are by appointment and escorted access during normal business hours only to maintain full security to your equipment. If outside business hours access is required for configuring or during an emergency, this can be organised as required. Remote hands support is also available if requested.
Colocation can be configured and made available within 2 business days in most cases and are priced according to Data Limits and Rack Space required. All Colocation Plans come with the following:
- 99.5% Network Service Level Agreement
- Hardware Installation into our network
- 5 Static IP Addresses (/29 Subnet)
- Standard Monitoring of Network Connections
- Local call for support from most Captial Cities and some QLD regional
- All Prices are Inclusive of GST & in Australian Dollars

Alert Reports will be sent via email at the start and end of unscheduled outages and every half hour for the duration of the unscheduled outage. Outages are not reported for scheduled events where notification of 24 hours or more has been given and for client initiated events such as server shut downs, restarts, configuration changes resulting in the server becoming unavailable to the general Internet. Monitoring checks are carried out on HTTP (Apache), Mail, SMTP and DNS services once per minute. Backup configuration incurs an additional cost for setting up - call for details.
